Having successfully obtained a degree in Financial Services, David extended his financial knowledge by completing numerous industry qualifications and achieved the prestigious status of Chartered Financial Planner in 2006.

Michael Saunders, APFS Chartered Financial Planner
Michael is a Chartered Financial Planner with many years experience in investment, retirement and tax planning. Accredited with many of the Chartered Institute of Insurance exams Michael is very close to his ‘Fellowship’ which demonstrates an aptitude for detailed financial planning which includes looking after the investment affairs of a number of overseas clients.
A core belief is the importance of regular annual and interim reviews to keep clients up to date with the ever changing legislation and opportunities to take advantage of various tax planning opportunities. Michael also has a great deal of experience in commercial property purchase using SIPP investments, which is a popular planning tool especially for business owners.
Michael has established relationships with a number of accountants and solicitors and offers their clients advice on both company and personal matters.
Spare time is taken up playing squash and restoring classic British motorcycles, which is a very satisfying hobby where attention to detail is paramount.
Charles Price, B.A. (Hons)
Charles has over twenty years experience in financial planning. He previously worked in marketing and advertising for 11 years before re-qualifying as an Independent Financial Adviser.
Charles specialises in investment planning and pensions, particularly with a focus upon those individuals who are at or approaching retirement with the need to achieve an income target.
An area that is of particular interest to Charles is the financing of care which is an area of growing need amongst our clients.
Charles also plays an active role with clients who require Inheritance Tax Planning and has helped many clients reduce the burden of this tax to the benefit of their families.
Brian Bradley, APFS Chartered Financial Planner
Brian spent the early part of his career at an oil refinery followed by seventeen years in the aluminium industry. Working primarily in technical roles, he is both a Chartered Physicist (CPhys FInstP) and Chartered Engineer (CEng MIET). He changed to Financial Services twenty years ago and qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner in 2006.
With a strong analytical background, Brian specialises in investments and pensions and has written a number of short articles for industry magazines. He is an authorised pension transfer specialist and has firm views on investment risk attached to pension fund withdrawal, particularly at age 75 and above.
He has long been an advocate of professionalism in financial services and is a supporter of fees for advice and higher level qualifications for advisers, both of which will become reality in 2013.
